فراخوان جایزه بین المللی تبلیغات لندن سال ۲۰۱۷ با نام اختصاری LIA منتشر شد.

رقابت LIA برای اولین بار در سال ۱۹۸۶ توسط باربارا لِوی | Barbara Levy برگزار شد که با نام London International Advertising Awards شناخته می شد. در سال ۲۰۰۴ عبارت Advertising از نام این رویداد سالانه برداشته شد تا این واقعیت را بیان کند که جایزه آن بیش از یک «تبلیغات» صرف در صنعت مدام در حال تغییر است. 

چه کسانی می توانند شرکت کنند؟

همه شرکت ها و افراد حقیقی فعال در زمینه خلاقیت می توانند در این رقابت شرکت کنند. از آنجا که بخشی از کار یک کوشش جمعی است که بطور بالقوه توسط بیش از یک شرکت انجام می شود، LIA اجازه ثبت نام شرکت کنندگان متعدد می دهد.

Our rules for multiple Entrants are as follows:

  • If an Agency has more than one office working on a particular piece of work and both offices wish to be listed as the Entrant and not just the Agency, each office is responsible to enter and pay separately. (If the Entry goes on to attain Shortlist Status or above, all offices will be listed as Entrants and receive due publicity and awards.)
  • As almost all Entries have several types of companies collaborate (i.e. Production, Design, Digital), LIA allows each of those companies to enter and pay a separate entry fee.  (If the Entry goes on to attain Shortlist Status or above, all offices will be listed as Entrants and receive due publicity and awards.)

آثار ارسال شده باید بین ۱ جولای ۲۰۱۶ تا ۳۱ جولای ۲۰۱۷ در یک محیط تجاری با تأیید مشتری پخش، منتشر یا اجرا شده باشند.

  • All work submitted including work into the Craft Categories (i.e. Art Direction, Illustration, etc.) must be in the exact form it was broadcast, published or released with all the logos, trademarks and copy marks intact, regardless of category or medium. Work must not be altered for submission purposes.
  • Any work created solely for the purpose of entering this competition is not eligible.
  • In the case of a query by the Jury, the entrant will be required to provide documentary evidence to prove eligibility of entry.

NOTE: LIA will not allow media to be changed once judging commences.

  • هیئت داوران این امکان را در اختیار دارد که جوایز طلا، نقر و برنز را در هر بخش از مسابقه که اعتقاد داشته باشند شایسته تقدیر است، اهدا کنند.

  • LIA ‘Of The Year’ Awards are decided based on a point system on the outstanding winning work chosen by the Juries across all media. When inputting creative credits be sure to double-check that you have credited all companies involved in the creative process. LIA is not responsible for any omitted credits.
  • Network of the Year is awarded to the Network that obtains the highest score based on the winning entries credited to the companies within their Network.
  • Agency of the Year is awarded to the Agency that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; irrespective of whether they have been entered by the agency or another party.
  • Independent Agency of the Year is awarded to the Independently owned Agency that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; irrespective of whether they have been entered by the agency or another party.
  • Production Company of the Year is awarded to the Production Company that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; irrespective of whether they have been entered by the Production Company or another party.
  • Post-Production Company of the Year is awarded to the Post-Production Company that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; irrespective of whether they have been entered by the Post-Production Company or another party.
  • Design and Package Design Company of the Year is awarded to the Company that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; regardless of whom the original entering company is.
  • Radio & Audio Company of the Year is awarded to the Company that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; regardless of whom the original entering company is.
  • Music & Sound Company of the Year is awarded to the Company that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; regardless of whom the original entering company is.
  • Health & Pharma Company of the Year is awarded to the Company that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; regardless of whom the original entering company is.
  • Influencer of the Year is awarded to the Individual that obtains the highest score based on all winning entries that they have been credited for; regardless of whom the original entering company is.

هزینه ثبت نام

  • هزینه های ثبت نام فقط بصورت دلار آمریکا قابل پرداخت است.
  • شرکت کنندگانی که پرداخت از طریق انتقال بانکی را انتخاب می کنند بعد از اینکه ثبت نام نهایی شود، یک صورتحساب با اطلاعات بانکی مربوطه دریافت می کنند.
  • کارتهای اعتباری مورد پذیرش عبارتند از Visa، MasterCard و American Express. همه پرداخت های انجام شده از طریق کارت اعتباری مشمول ۴% هزینه می شوند.
  • پردات فاکتور بلافاصله بعد از نهایی سازی ثبت نام انجام می شود.
  • اگر به هر دلیلی، شرکت کننده ای تقاضای دریافت وجه یا حذف آن از رقابت را داشته باشد، LIA این حق را دارد که ۵۰% هزینه انصراف دریافت کند. زمانی که یک اثر برای داوری انتخاب شد، هزینه ای بازگردانده نمی شود.

CREATIVE CREDITS

  • All relevant creative credits must be input prior to finalizing entries. If a credit field does not apply, it must be left blank (do not populate with dashes, N/A, etc).
  • ‘Of The Year’ Awards are calculated based on what is populated in the Company credit fields. Company City should be input when relevant. The fields that are used to calculate the Of The Year Awards include but are not exclusive to Advertising Agency, Production Company, Design Company, Post-Production Company etc. not on the Entrant field.
  • Credits should be checked carefully prior to finalizing as these credits will appear on our website, in press releases and all publicity material.
  • Once an Entry is finalized, changes to the credits will incur a USD $25 fee per entry.
  • If no credits are input and an entrant wishes to add creative credits after Winners are announced there will be a USD $50 fee.

ENTRIES INCLUDING CASE STUDIES – USE OF MUSIC

  • If a case study with extraneous music attains Shortlist or Winner status, it will automatically be showcased on the LIA Shortlist and/or Winner site.
  • Any entrant that requires LIA to change the media because of music rights will be charged a $500.00 USD fee.
  • In the medium of Branded Entertainment, Case Study videos must NOT use any extraneous music as Jurors will not know if the music is part of the actual execution of the entry. Entries using extraneous music that is not part of the actual execution of the entry will be disqualified. Entry Fees for disqualified entries will not be refunded.

LEGAL INDEMNIFICATION FOR MUSIC

If an entrant uses music in either an individual entry or a case study and/or presentation videos, it must be Royalty-Free or Licensed Music. By entering work with music, the entrant confirms, warrants and represents that they have the right to use such music from the time that it is entered into LIA and in perpetuity so that if it shortlists or attains a higher status such music can be used and/or featured on the LIA website.

The Entrant hereby indemnifies, saves and holds LIA; its successors and assigns; and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and its and their respective officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, loss, and/or damage (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising from or connected with any claim, demand, or action or by a third party that is inconsistent with any of the warranties, representations, or agreements made or assumed by the Entrant in entering work, including but not limited to any liability, claims, demands, loss, and or/damage (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and court costs) that may arise from the submission and/or use of music that is not Royalty-Free or Licensed.

LIA shall have the right, at LIA’s election and without limitation for any reason, to recoup and recover the amount of any and all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, legal costs and attorneys’ fees) that are paid or incurred by LIA or on LIA’s behalf to defend, respond to, negotiate or prosecute any claim, demand, or action that is inconsistent with any of Entrant’s warranties and representations here-under. Entrant shall reimburse LIA, on demand, for any payments made by LIA at any time with respect to the actual amount of any claim, demand, or action that is inconsistent with any of Entrant’s warranties and representations here-under.
