فراخوان جشنواره بین المللی ویدیوآرت Now & After به روزهای آخر نزدیک می شود.

■ به گزارش فستیوارت بر اساس خبر منتشر شده در تندیس، فراخوان ویدیوآرت “Now & After” توسط سازمان مستقل غیر انتفاعی مرکز رسانه های رسانه ای “Now & After” سازمان یافته و تبلیغ می شود. این فعالیت ها در زمینه فرهنگ، توسعه ارتباطات داخلی بین المللی و بین المللی در حوزه رسانه ای فعالیت می کند. جشنواره بین المللی ویدیوآرت “Now & After” یک رویداد سالانه در مسکو، روسیه است.

“Now & After” بر ارائه، توسعه و ترویج هنر و هنر بین المللی روسیه و بین المللی متمرکز است، و با همکاری هنرمندان در سراسر جهان فضایی ایجاد کرده تا هنرمندان بتوانند ویدیوآرت خود را به مخاطبان عمومی ارائه دهند.

شرایط ویدیوآرت:

۱٫ هزینه‌ای از شرکت کنندگان دریافت نمی‌شود.

۲٫ همه حقوق مربوط به فیلم ها به مالک آن تعلق دارد.

۳٫ فیلم های ارسال شده می‌بایست در سه سال گذشته تکمیل شده باشند.

۴٫ زمان اجرا تا ۲۰ دقیقه است (استثنا ممکن است).

۵٫ ما فقط برنامه های آنلاین را برای فیلم های تک کانال پمی‌پذیریم.

۶٫ برای هر پیشنهاد یک فرم لازم است.

۷٫ هر متقاضی می تواند حداکثر ۳ اثر را ارسال کند.

۸٫ تمام کارهای ارائه شده توسط کمیته انتخاب در نظر گرفته می شود.

۹٫ کمیته انتخاب حق دارد دلایل رد کردن فیلم ها را توضیح دهد.

۱۰٫ تمام فیلم های انتخاب شده برای برنامه های مسابقه توسط هیئت داوران در نظر گرفته خواهد شد.

۱۱٫ کلیه ویدیوهای ارسال شده به بخشی از آرشیو جشنواره تبدیل می شوند و می توانند در سایر مکان ها / رویدادهای مربوط به جشنواره با حذف هر گونه استفاده تجاری، ارائه شده در تحقیقات غیر تجاری و برای اهداف آموزشی استفاده شوند.

۱۲٫ به سازنده بهترین فیلم ها از صندوق جایزه جشنواره اهدا خواهند شد.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

1. There is no entry fee.
2. All rights on videos remain property of authors.
3. Submitted videos  have been completed after 1 January, 2015.
4. Running time is up to 20 min. (Exceptions are possible. If your video is longer please contact us before submitting).
5. We accept only online applications for single-channel videos.  
6. One entry form per proposal.
7. Each applicant may send maximum 3 submissions for 3 single-channel videos.
8. Videos should have English (mandatory) / Russian (optional) credits. If there is a colloquial speech different from English or Russian, you should use English (mandatory) / Russian (optional) subtitles.
9. All submitted works will be considered by the selection committee.
10. The selection committee has the right not to explain the reasons of rejecting films.
11. All films selected for the competition program will be considered by the jury.
12. All decisions of the jury are final.
13. All submitted videos, selected or not, become a part of Now&After archive, and can be presented in other places/events related to the Festival, with exclusion of any commercial use, can be used in non-commercial research and for educa­tional purposes. 
14. If your video is selected you will be informed via e-mail.
15. The results of the selection will be available  on the Festival’s web site and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.   
16. The authors of the best films will be awarded from the Festival’s Prize Fund.
17. Deadline is December 20, ۲۰۱۷ (GMT+03:00).

Authors submitted their works to the Festival agree to the Participation Terms above.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. The required formats of the works are .avi, .mov, .mpeg2, H264 (PAL). 
2. The author should send 2-3 stills from the video itself in format .jpg with dimension not less than 400 px X 300 px .
3. Videos should have quality not less than 720px X 576px. 
4. You should indicate links for downloading your video and still-frames from the video in the entry form (even if you use wetransfer.com).  Please indicate links mandatorily; otherwise your submissions can be got wit a delay.

Please don’t send us viewing links to videos hosted on YouTube, etc. We need only links for downloading your works.
