فراخوان نقاشی روی هواپیمای ایرباس A380 شرکت هواپیمایی «ANA» در خط توکیو ـ هونولولو منتشر شد. شرکت در این رقابت برای همه هنرمندان رایگان و آزاد است.

معرفی
- این رقابت توسط شرکت خطوط هوایی «(ANA) All Nippon»، بزرگترین شرکت هواپیمایی ژاپن برگزار می شود.
- شرکت «آنا» در آغاز بهار سال ۲۰۱۹، هواپیمای خط توکیو به هونولولو را به هماپیمای جادارتر و دو طبقه «ایبرباس A380» ارتقاء خواهد داد.
- به مناسبت جشن روز استقرار این سه هواپیمای جدید، «آنا» از همه هنرمندان حرفه ای و غیرحرفه ای دعوت می کند تا طراحی هایی را برای تشویق کردن مردم درباره بازدید از بهشت جزیره گرمسیری ارسال کنند.
- «آنا» به یک هنرمند این فرصت را می دهد تا کارش بر روی بدنه هواپیمای های ایرباس A380 نمایش داده شود.

مقررات فراخوان
- هر هنرمند می تواند چند اثر ارسال کند.
- آثار ارسال شده (طرح ها، عنوان ها و نظرات را هم شامل می شود) باید اصلی، منتشر نشده و اثر خود متقاضی برای شرکت در همین رقابت اجرا شده باشند.
- اثر انتخاب شده بر روی هواپیماهای «آنا» چاپ می شود. امکان دارد جایگزین هایی برای طراحی یا تم رنگی آن در نظر گرفته شود. لوگوی «آنا» به طراحی نهایی اضافه می شود.
- طرح ارسالی شرکت کنندگان در وبسایت شرکت نمایش داده می شود. با اینحال طرح ها در معرض ویرایش اختیاری شرکت قرار دارند. درشرایطی که آثار ارسالی خیلی زیاد باشند، امکان دارد برخی از آثار منتشر نشوند.
- امکان دارد یک اثر فاقد کیفیت لازم برای شرکت در رقابت تشخیص داده شودو در وبسایت نمایش داده نشود. بعنوان مثال می توان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد:
In the event that an entry causes a dispute with a third party, the applicant must resolve the conflict, including any financial costs, without incurring any problems to the sponsor (All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.), any affiliated partners, or any other applicants.
The entry design will be published on this website. However, entries are subject to editing at our discretion. In the event of numerous entries, some entries may not be published.
An entry may be disqualified from the contest and not listed on this website for any of the following reasons.
Anything that the sponsor determines will or could possibly infringe upon the copyrights of a third party, does harm to honor and reliability, is a nuisance, or is a violation of law.
Anything the sponsor determines will or could slander third parties or other companies (their products included), anything that is discriminatory in nature, anything that causes feelings of unpleasantness, and anything that goes against public morals and decency.
Anything that includes personal information, or infringes on privacy, such as a name, the picture of a person’s face, or an address.
In addition to the above, anything the sponsor deems unsuitable for publication, such as something that is not in agreement with the spirit and intention of this contest.
Anything that the sponsor determines to be technically difficult to publish on this website, such as the entry data being illegible.

After publication on this website, if it is determined that continued publication is inappropriate, the entry will be removed from the site and will become ineligible in the contest without any prior notice or warning. Please note that in this event, we will not be able to provide a reason for the removal and disqualification.
All copyrights related to the entry (including the rights related to the use of secondary work) will be transferred from the applicant to the sponsor upon selection as a winning entry. However, any entries that have not yet been selected are available to the sponsor for free usage in public relations and advertising, as associated with this contest.
Applicants shall not exercise their moral rights in usage of the above points.
The sponsor may use the submitted entry, with or without the nickname given at the time of entry, on the sponsors website as well as in public relations and advertising activities. Part of the entry may be changed or modified.
Any and all costs associated with entry, including postage and data transmission fees, shall be the applicant’s full responsibility.
Submitted entries will not be returned.
The sponsor will take care of submitted entries to their utmost ability, however the sponsor will not be responsible for any damages or loss caused by natural disasters or other accidents.
We will not respond to any requests regarding the judgment criteria, selection results or process.
If a design that has been selected is found to resemble a similar design that has already been announced, or infringes upon the copyrights of a third party, the selection may be cancelled even after the results have been published. In this event the website does not assume any responsibility towards the applicant.
Submission of an entry shall constitute agreement by the applicant to all terms and conditions published in this contract.
جوایز
- برنده جایزه بزرگ یک جفت رفت و برگشت «business class» بین توکیو و هونولولو دریافت می کند.
- برنده جایزه بزرگ توسط دفتر اجرایی رقابت «آنا» انتخاب می شود.
- هزینه هایی مانند نقل و انتقال و هزینه های اقامت در هتل پوشش داده نمی شود.
- بلیط باید توسط برنده رقابت و یک مهمان همراه و در یک برنامه سفر استفاده شود.
- به راهیافتگان به مرحله نهایی سوغاتی اصلی شرکت «آنا» اهدا می شود.

نحوه ثبت نام
- ثبت نام از روز ۱۶ آذر آغاز می شود.
ثبت نام پستی
- طراحی خودتان را بر روی فرم ثبت نام با ذکر اطلاعات ضروری اجرا کنید.
- فرم ثبت نام را از بخش «لینک ها و دانلودها» دریافت کنید.
- ابعاد طراحی ارسال شده نباید از قطع A3 یعنی ۲۹۷ در ۴۲۰ میلیمتر بیشتر باشد.
- مدارک را به آدرس زیر ارسال کنید:

ثبت نام آنلاین
- برگه ثبت نام را از لینک انتهای صفحه دانلود کنید.
- طراحی خودتان را بر روی نمای جانبی هواپیما اجرا کنید.
- طرح خودتان را به فرمت JPEG تبدیل کنید.
- الف) اگر طرح شما بصورت دستی اجرا خواهد شد:
- ۱) فرم ثبت نام را پرینت کنید و طراحی خود را روی آن اجرا کنید.
- ۲) با استفاده از یک دوربین دیجیتال یا اسکنر طرح خودتان را دیجیتالی کنید. فایل باید با فرمت JPEG آماده شود و بیشتر از ۵MB حجم نداشته باشد.
- ب) اگر طرح شما بصورت دیجیتالی اجرا خواهد شد:
- ۱) با استفاده از نرم افزار گرافیکی خودتان، طرح را بطور مستقیم روی فرم اجرا کنید (ِPDF).
- ۲) فایل را با فرمت JPEG با حجمی که بیشتر از ۵MB نباشد ذخیره کنید.
- الف) اگر طرح شما بصورت دستی اجرا خواهد شد:
- با آغاز زمان ارسال آثار به وبسایت مراجعه کنید و بر روی دکمه «Click here to submit your work!» کلیک کنید. سپس شرایط شرکت در رقابت را مطالعه کنید و سپس بر روی «Agree to the entry rules» کلیک کنید. فرم ثبت نام را تکمیل کنید، فایل اثر خودتان را با فرمت JPEG با حجمی که بیشتر از ۵MB نباشد پیوست (attach) کنید و سپس فرم را ارسال (Submit) کنید.
- شما می توانید از طریق ایمیل جشنواره نیز اثر خودتان را که با همان مشخصات بخش بالا آماده کرده اید، ارسال کنید.
