≡ فراخوان چهارمین جشنواره بین المللی شعر حوزه (اشراق) توسط انجمن شعر طلاب منتشر شد.≡
■ مهلت: ۳۰ مهر ۱۳۹۶ ■
≡ زبان ها:
■ فارسی، عربی، انگلیسی، اسپانیایی، اردو و ترکی.
≡ اهداف:
■ ترویج فرهنگ اسلامی و ارزش های انسانی با زبان شعر؛
■ بکارگیری ابزار قدرتمند هنر در تبلیغ موثر دینی؛
■ توجه به ظرفیت های فرامرزی هنر دینی؛
■ ارتقاء کیفی و کمی سطح شعر حوزویان؛
■ کشف استعدادهای ادبی در میان طلاب؛
■ معرفی و تجلیل از پدیدآورندگان آثار برتر.
≡ بخش های جشنواره:
۱٫ کلاسیک
۲٫ نو
۳٫ کودک و نوجوان
≡ بخش ویژه:
۱٫ نقد هنرمندانه جاهلیت مدرن.
۲٫ وصف شکوهمندانه دفاع از حریم و حرم.
≡ شرایط شرکت:
۱٫ این جشنواره ویژه طلاب علوم دینی است.
۲٫ هر شرکت کننده می تواند با حداکثر ۱۰ اثر در جشنواره شرکت نماید.
۳٫ در صورت امتیاز بالای چند اثر یک شاعر، تنها یک اثر او انتخاب خواهد شد.
≡ نکات دیگر:
۱٫ انتخاب موضوع در آثار آزاد است و در داوری، علاوه بر نکات فنی و قدرت ادبی شعر، شاخص-های محتوایی زیر دارای امتیاز خواهد بود:
■ جهان بینی و اندیشه متعالی دینی؛
■ موضع و جهت انسانی و الهی آثار؛
■ اخلاق مداری.
۲٫ آثار به طور خودکار کدگذاری و بدون نمایش نام و مشخصات صاحب اثر به داوران ارائه خواهند شد.
۳٫ حق انتشار اشعار با ذکر نام شاعران، برای جشنواره، محفوظ است.
۴٫ آثار دارای رده بندی “اول تا سوم” نیستند و ۴۰ اثر برگزیده توسط داوران جشنواره معرفی و ۵ اثر برتر به صورت ویژه تقدیر خواهند شد.
۵٫ ثبت نام و ارسال آثار با مراجعه به سایت رسمی جشنواره: eshragh.ir
≡ جوایز:
■ ۳۵ نفر برگزیده، هر نفر یک میلیون تومان به همراه لوح تقدیر؛
■ ۵ نفر برگزیده ی ویژه، هر نفر دو میلیون تومان به همراه تندیس و لوح تقدیر.
■ « لازم به ذکر است داوران می توانند جوایز را بر اساس سطح رقابت و ارزشمندی آثار تغییر دهند.»

Hawza Fourth International Poem Festival (Eshragh)
Clergy’s Poem Society
Languages:
Persian, Arabic, English, Spanish, Urdu and Turkish.
Purposes:
– Promoting Islamic culture and its humanitarian values, using the language of poem;
– Using the powerful tool of art in effectively introduction of religion;
– Exploring the capacities of religious art abroad;
– Upgrading the clergy’s capabilities in the field of poetry, qualitatively and quantitatively;
– Addressing the elites among clergies;
– Introducing and admiring the creators of noble works.
Sections of the Festival
۱٫ Classic
۲٫ Modern
۳٫ Kid and teenager
Special Section
۱٫ Artistic criticizing of the modern ignorance;
۲٫ Majestic and well description of the defense of the shrine and principles.
Terms of Participation
۱٫ The festival is solely open for clergy participants;
۲٫ Each participant may share up to 10 works;
۳٫ In case, several works of single participant is of high score, only one will be selected.
Other Tips
۱ The festival is topic free, however; along with the technical points and literary strength of the works, the following magnificent contents or aspects will also be noticed in judgment
– Superior religious worldview and thought;
– Human and divine notion and direction of works;
– Morality.
۲٫ The Works will be automatically coded and presented to the judges without the name and profile of the attendant displayed.
۳٫ The right to publish the poems with the names of the poets is preserved for the festival.
۴٫ The works won’t be rank “first to third”, so the festival is scheduled to introduce up to forty brilliant works qualified by the festival judges and to particularly admire the five best works.
۵٫ The works shall be registered and sent through the official website of the festival:
eshragh.ir before October 22nd 2017.
Awards
– The certificate of appreciation and financial award (250 $) for 35 Persons; – The certificate of appreciation and the festival statute and financial (600 $) for 5 Persons.
