قوانین و مقررات:
- هر شرکت کننده حداکثر در ۳ گروه می تواند شرکت کند.
- ثبت نام زود هنگام مزیت بررسی توسط هیئت داوران و بازخورد آنان را دارا می باشد.
- پس از ثبت نام تا آخرین فرصت تعیین شده، می توانید هرگونه اصلاحی را انجام دهید.
- مسابقات حق انتقال را در سایر دسته ها البته با مشورت با شرکت کننده را دارا می باشد.
- داوران حق مصاحبه تلفنی یا آنلاین و بازدید از محل، در فرآیند داوری را با شرکت کننده دارند.

The Awards pays tribute to the industry’s advancements and best practices by recognising and honouring companies and individuals for their innovation, excellence and achievements made in the jewellery and gemstone industry in Asia.
The JNA Awards is free to enter and it welcomes all qualified companies and individuals to submit entries. Applications can be self-nominated or nominated by others. Each applicant can enter a maximum of three (3) categories.
Register now to benefit from the additional time to review the award categories and judging criteria before submitting entries in March, when the system opens for submission. In addition, early registration increases the chance for the Judging Panel to interview and better understand the company, which can be an advantage in the judging process.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Online registration is required for entering the JNA Awards 2017. You will only need
to register once by creating an account to access the registration form. - Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive your password instantly.
- All information must be completed in English.
- Upon completion of registration form, please click “Save and Proceed to
JNA Awards Category Entry Page” to access judging criteria. - Changes and edits on the registration form can be made at any time before entry submission deadline by using your registered email ID and password to login.

ENTRY SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The submission deadline is ۲۳:۵۹ (Hong Kong time) on ۵ May, 2017, with no extension.

RULES OF ENTRY
Terms and Conditions
۱٫ Fully completed online Entry Form must be submitted by 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on Friday, 5 May, 2017 with no extension.
۲٫ Registration starts now and entry submission system will be open in early March. Early registration allows additional time to review award categories and judging criteria before submitting entries, and increases the chance of being interviewed by the Judging Panel which can be an advantage in the judging process.
۳٫ Entry Form for each award category should be completed in full, including only information that is relevant to the specific question to enable the judging panel to assess its merit. If the same answers are inappropriately applied to other categories you are entering, the judging panel reserves the right to consider entries with the same answers as one entry to a category at their discretion, and your entry to other categories will be disqualified.
۴٫ The JNA Awards reserves the right, after consultation with the applicant, to move submission to a more appropriate category.
۵٫ An entry to an award category cannot be withdrawn from the judging process once the applicant has been short-listed and announced as an Honouree.
۶٫ Honourees, or shortlisted finalists, may be required to provide further details and documentation upon the request of the judging panel to support information given in the Entry Form.
۷٫ Once shortlisted as Honourees, companies are required to submit high-quality images and information requested by our Editor within the deadline for the production of the JNA Awards official publication, Jewellery Industry Best Practices.
۸٫ For nomination-only categories, short-listing of nominees is at the discretion of the Chair of Judges.
۹٫ All information supplied by applicants will be treated in the strictest confidence, with all judges obliged to sign non-disclosure agreements.
Entry does not grant an organisation or individual rights to use the JNA Awards name, logo or images without the expressed written approval of the organiser. Only Honourees and Recipients will be granted permission to use the Awards logo in compliance with the guidelines stipulated by the Awards organiser.

Judging
۱٫ The Honourees, or shortlisted finalists, of this category will be announced during the June Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair. The Recipient, or winner, will be announced on Thursday, 14 September, 2017 at the JNA Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner during the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair.
۲٫ Judges will consider each entry submission against the category criteria and their own discretion based on their relevant experience and expertise.
۳٫ Judges reserve the right to request a visit to the facilities or for an interview over the phone or online, as part of the judging process.
۴٫ The role of the Chair of Judges is to clarify the criteria and to mediate in the event of a draw to determine the award for the highest honour. The Chair of Judges does not have a casting vote.
۵٫ Judges’ decisions are final and binding and no discussions or correspondence will be accepted relating to any of their decisions.
۶٫ UBM Asia is not liable for any costs incurred by candidate organisations during the judging process.
۷٫ Any applicant who, in the opinion of the judges or the organisers, is perceived to have harassed or bribed any member of the judging panel or the JNA Awards team will have their entry disqualified.
۸٫ The JNA Awards reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time, if the entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
۹٫ If it is found that any applicant has knowingly provided false information on their application for their entry, the JNA Awards reserves the right to withdraw the entry in question and to withdraw at any time any award given to the applicant.
۱۰٫ By entering or agreeing to participate in the JNA Awards, all applicants agree to the above terms and conditions.
