فراخوان سی‌وسومین جشنواره بین‌المللی فیلم کوتاه برلین منتشر شد.

رقابت بین الملللی فیلم کوتاه برلین توسط «اینترفیلم برلین|interfilm Berlin» و «موسسه پخش فیلم کوتاه برلین|interfilm Short Film Distribution» برگزار می شود. این مسابقه یکی از دو مسابقه معتبر آلمان است که همه ژانرهای فیلم زیر ۲۰ دقیقع می توانند در این آن شرکت کنند. آغاز به کار این رویداد در سال ۱۹۸۲ بوده و رویداد امسال آن در زورهای ۲۰ تا ۲۶ نوامبر در آلمان برگزار می‌شود.
شرکت در این مسابقه رایگان است. شرکت همکار این مسابقه برای آپلود رایگان فیلم ها وبسایت shortfilmdepot.de است که برای ارسال فیلم های یک هزینه ۳ یورویی دریافت می کند.

REGULATIONS

۱٫ Organisers of the interfilm 33rd International Short Film Festival Berlin are interfilm Berlin Management GmbH in cooperation with Bewegliche Ziele e.V.
۲٫ Films may not be longer than 20 minutes, and not older than two years (January 2015). However the interfilm Festival reserves the right to include films exceeding 20 minutes duration.
۳٫ To be eligible to enter the interfilm 33rd International Short Film Festival Berlin the entry form and Video File OR a Preview DVD for viewing purposes must reach the interfilm office in Berlin by June 23rd, 2017. Films must be subtitled in either German or English if dialogues are in a different language.
۴٫ Submitted films will be considered for all festival categories, including those at our partner festival, KUKI – ۱۰th International Short Film Festival for Children & Youth Berlin.
۵٫ The risks and costs of sending viewing material and screening copies to the interfilm Festival are the responsibility of the sender. Accordingly, film copies sent to interfilm from other festivals are to be coordinated by the sender.
۶٫ The screening formats are 35mm and Quicktime 1080p only. If the original version is in a language other than English, the film must be subtitled in English. We also require English subtitles for German language films.
۷٫ Material and Images: Each entry to Shortfilmdepot must be accompanied by 1-2 film stills (JPEG or TIFF, min. 300dpi) as well as 1 photo and short biography (max. 160 characters) of the director. A contact email address for notifications about the submission status and for publication in festival media (print and online) is mandatory.
۸٫ Film copies are insured for their print value for the duration of the festival. Compensation claims must be made within 10 days after the film has been returned. Court jurisdiction is in Berlin.
۹٫ All parcels from non-EU member states must be clearly marked with a customs declaration stating the following: “For cultural purposes only. No commercial value”. Parcels from non-EU member states must also be accompanied by an invoice stating a value of not more than 10 euros (under no circumstances should higher production costs be given). Costs arising from incorrect declarations will be charged to the account of the sender.
۱۰٫ By submitting a film to the interfilm Festival the sender consents to the film being screened at the festival. It is no longer possible to retract the film from festival inclusion once the application form has been sent. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that permission has been obtained from all appropriate parties before submitting a film.
۱۱٫ For promotional purposes excerpts of the film can be broadcasted on TV, or on the festival website, free of charge. The excerpts cannot exceed 3 minutes or 10% of the total length of the film.
۱۲٫ The screening copy must arrive no later than 21 days before the festival begins (Monday, October 30, 2017).
۱۳٫ Notice of festival acceptance and rejection will be given in October 2017 via email. Please include legible email addresses on the application form!
۱۴٫ Video Files and Preview DVD shall remain in the interfilm archive. All festival entries may be viewed by accredited guests at the interfilm Film Library during the festival.
۱۵٫ After the festival, and in agreement with the rights holders, interfilm presents the fes tival’s winning films and selected films that were shown in festival programmes, at non-commercial screenings of festival highlights.
