فراخوان جایزه عکاسی هانری کارتبه برسون|HCB سال ۲۰۱۷ منتشر شد.

- این رقابت توسط بنیاد هنری کارتیه برسون برگزار می شود.
مشخصات عکس ها
- فایل ارسالی باید موارد زیر را دارا باشد:
- یک نامه امضا شده از موسسه ای که حمایت خود را از هنرمند کاندید شده اعلام کند.
- مجموعه ای از ۱۵ تا ۲۰ عکس.
- یک متن امضا شده توسط متقاضی که ترسیم کننده مشخصات پروژه ای باشد که تقاضای دریافت جایزه HCB برای انجام آن را دارد.
- یک بیوگرافی مختصر از متقاضی که تجارب؛ نمایشگاه ها، آثار تألیفی، گرنت ها و جوایزی را که کسب کرده است بیان کند.
چه کسانی می توانند در این مسابقه شرکت کنند؟
- جایزه HCB مخصوص همه عکاسان جهان است که یک مجموعه شاخص از آثار نزدیک به رویکرد مستند را ثبت کرده باشند. محدودیت سنی وجود ندارد.
- کاندیداهای جایزه باید توسط یک موسسه که از تقاضای آنها حمایت کند معرفی شوند. شرکت کنندگان بصورت فردی مورد پذیرش قرار نمی گیرند. موزه ها، جوامع عکاسی، آژانس های عکاسان، مدارس هنر، دانشگاه ها و آموزشگاه ها؛ نشریات و انتشارات می توانند از یک شرکت کننده حمایت کنند.

- شرکت در این مسابقه رایگان است.
جایزه
- جایزه HCB مبلغ ۳۵۰۰۰ یورو است. شخص برنده بایداز این مبلغ برای انجام یک پروژه که از طریق فعالیت های عادی او قابل اجرا نیست استفاده کند.

GENERAL REGULATION
The HCB Award is dedicated to photographers of all nationalities who have already completed a significant body of work, close to the documentary approach. There is no age limit.
The winner must use the prize to carry out a project which could not be achieved without this grant in the current conditions of his/her activity.
Candidates must be nominated by an institution which supports their application. Individual applications without nomination will not be considered. Museums, photography societies, photographers’ agencies, art schools, universities, galleries, magazines or publishers are entitled to support a candidate.
Uncomplete applications will not be considered. The Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson cannot be held responsible in case of deterioration or loss of the application files. Candidates and institutions commit not to claim for compensations should elements of the application files be altered or lost.
- The winner commits to the exhibition of his/her artwork, in spring 2019. A book will be published with his/her approval. The HCB Award exhibition may circulate. The winner should not exhibit nor publish the entirety nor parts of the artwork completed thanks to the HCB Award before its exhibition at the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson, and without the latter’s formal consent. The Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson must be informed of the HCB Award project advancements.
- The winner commits to complete his/her artwork project before September 2018 at the latest.
- The winner commits to transfer the rights of reproduction, exploitation and diffusion of fifteen visuals to the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson and the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès, for the promotion of the HCB Award and its exhibition, according to the following :
– five visuals free of rights to announce the HCB Award winner;
– ten visuals chosen at the time of the exhibition.
- The winner commits to donate five signed artworks to the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson.
- The winner commits to sign a contract with the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson, which resumes the above agreements, at the time of the HCB Award ceremony.
- The winner remains the entire owner of his/her work, to the reservation that the mention of the HCB Award and the support of the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès must be made for future exhibitions and/or publications.
The application submission implies the full acceptation of all conditions stated by the general regulation of the HCB Award.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
The application file must gather the following elements : n A letter signed by the institution explaining its support for the candidate —۱ typed page maximum, in English and in French. n A selection of 15 to 20 photographs, indicating the candidate’s name on the back of each print —maximum size of the prints 30 x 40 cm, not framed, no slides. Additional books or printed material are welcomed. n A text written and signed by the candidate outlining the project for which he/her wishes to receive the HCB Award —۲ typed pages maximum, in English and in French. n A concise biography of the candidate outlining his/her experience, exhibitions, publications, grants and prizes awarded. n The application form fully completed and signed by the candidate. n A prepaid envelope for the return of the application file, with French stamps, international return coupon DOHA (www.upu.int/en/activities/international-reply-coupons/about-irc.html) or a shipper prepaid envelope (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc.).SUBMISSION AND RETURN OF THE APPLICATION DOSSIER

Application files sent through international shippers should mention “without commercial value” to avoid custom fees. Candidates must include to their application a prepaid envelope for the return of the dossier, with French stamps, international return coupon DOHA, or a shipper prepaid envelope (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, etc.). Candidates may also retrieve their application dossier directly at the Fondation Henri Cartier-Bresson during July 2017.
Application files without return indications or engaged return fees will not be sent back to their owner.
